Meet Dana Houshian
I’m a finance transformation and AI advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations improve how they analyze information, manage complex processes, and make decisions.
My work spans management reporting, planning, close, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and finance analytics. I help clients assess processes and data, prioritize high-value AI opportunities, design future-state operating models, establish governance and ownership, and build practical implementation roadmaps.
At EY and EY-Parthenon, I led and supported complex finance and transaction engagements across industries. As a Senior Director, I served on the leadership team for Diligence Edge—an integrated suite of AI-powered tools designed to accelerate data review, surface risks, and improve transaction decision-making.
Through Housh Advisory, I now advise finance organizations on AI-enabled transformation, training, adoption, and governance. I also provide fractional CFO services and specialized M&A support to selected clients.
